Important Community Initiative: Understanding and Addressing the Opioid Crisis

Horry County Government, the City of Myrtle Beach, the City of Conway, and the City of North Myrtle Beach have joined forces to tackle the opioid crisis affecting our community. In partnership with Health Management Associates (HMA), we are conducting a comprehensive community needs assessment to develop an evidence-based Remediation Action Plan.

Your Input is Crucial! 
During the data collection phase, we need feedback from you to understand:
-Available prevention and treatment services
-Needed services
-Barriers to accessibility
Please take a few minutes to complete one of the surveys below by July 8th at midnight. Each survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
